Your leads

Stop losing $8,000 jobs because you were on a ladder.

You're elbow-deep in a furnace repair. A homeowner emails asking for a quote on a new AC unit — an $8,000 job, sent to three companies. Your agent catches it, sends an instant acknowledgment, drafts your reply, and texts you for a one-tap OK. The quote request. The accepted proposal. The supplier update. The spam stays out of your way.

Your agent has its own email

CC it on the quote thread. Nothing slips.

When you set up, your agent gives you its own email address — it looks like [email protected] and arrives in your setup confirmation text. Save it as a contact once, then CC it on the quote thread and forward the supplier confirmation, the permit email, the change order. The follow-ups, the schedules, the replies — captured automatically and confirmed by text.

Quote follow-up

"We're ready to move forward" finds you. Even on a roof.

You sent a $15,000 remodel quote three days ago. CC your agent on the thread. The moment the homeowner replies, you get a text with the answer summarized. You're on another job. You tap DRAFT, approve the reply, and the job is moving — before your competitor's bid gets a second look.

After hours

The 9pm burst pipe gets answered at 9:01.

It's 9pm. You're asleep, because you start at 6. A homeowner emails about a burst pipe — panicked, water off, needs someone at sunrise. Your agent acknowledges instantly, books your first morning slot, and the summary is waiting in a text when your alarm goes off. Nearly half of home service leads land after hours. Your competitor saw it at 8am — you'd already fixed it.

Scheduling by text

Seven emails to schedule one job? Never again.

One job, three schedules: the homeowner, the building manager, the parts supplier. CC your agent instead. It runs the email thread, negotiates the time, confirms every party, and puts it on your calendar. You get one text: "Job booked." This is what it looks like in a contractor's week

Four jobs you stop losing.

78% of homeowners hire the first contractor who responds — and the average contractor loses $50,000 a year to missed leads. These are the four places speed wins the job.

🔧

The quote that arrived mid-repair

The $8,000 AC request lands while you're elbow-deep in a furnace. Your agent answers in seconds — instant acknowledgment, drafted reply, walkthrough offered — while you finish the repair in front of you.

🌙

The 9pm emergency email

The homeowner with a burst pipe hires whoever answers first. Your agent acknowledges instantly, books your first morning slot, and texts you the summary while you sleep. Your competitor's reply never comes.

📄

The $15K quote you kept refreshing

CC your agent on the thread. "We're ready to move forward" finds you the moment it lands — summarized, with a reply drafted in your voice. Approve it from the tailgate between jobs.

📅

The three-schedule job shuffle

Homeowner, building manager, parts supplier — your agent runs the thread, confirms every party, and drops it on your calendar with access notes. You get one text: "Job booked, Thursday 8am."

A note from Keith

You know what I hate?

The back-and-forth email-to-calendar thing — where several of your colleagues and yourself are going back and forth on seven emails trying to figure out the best date to meet. Now I just CC my text agent, and it shoots me a text after it puts it on my calendar and negotiates the time with my colleagues.

Why I didn't have this sooner, I do not know.

I built it for myself — but nobody needs it like the trades do. You physically cannot check email while you work. You're on a ladder, under a sink, forty feet up, driving between jobs — and your inbox doesn't care. This compresses all of it into text messages you can answer with one thumb from the tailgate.

Look, I priced it at $299 a year on purpose — 82 cents a day, and one caught job pays for 15 years of this thing. Try it for two weeks. If it doesn't catch at least one lead you would have missed, cancel. Most contractors find 3–5 in the first week.

Send your first text message to +1 (737) 262-5381 and let's get started.

Get your agent

Starts with a simple text.

About five minutes to fully set up — less time than loading the truck. No app. No account. No payment until day 14 — and only if you want to keep going.

No mystery

Here's exactly what happens when you text the number.

1

You tap the button. Your normal text messages app opens with a pre-written message. You just hit Send.

2

Your agent texts back within about 60 seconds and says hello.

3

It sends you a secure link to connect your Gmail or Outlook — the same "Sign in with Google" button you've used a hundred times. You never share your password.

4

It asks which calendar to use. You pick it.

5

Done. Your agent is live and watching your inbox. It also texts you your personal agent email address (it looks like [email protected]) — save it as a contact once and forward or CC anything to it, forever.

Common questions

Do you see my email password?

No. We use the same secure "Sign in with Google" / "Sign in with Microsoft" you already know. We never see or store your password, and you can revoke access anytime from your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Does it send emails without asking me?

No. Every outbound email is drafted and shown to you first. Nothing leaves your account without your OK.

What is an AI agent, in plain English?

Software that takes action on your behalf — not just answers questions. It watches your inbox, drafts replies, books meetings, and texts you when something matters.
